Refund policy

 

· All collectibles are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated.

· No returns policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products. 

· Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if SnakeGorge Studio cancels the release of collectible models.

· For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative costs.

· SnakeGorge Studio will ship or allow collection of the products only to the original buyer.

· Before buying, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm whether the SnakeGorge Studio collectable is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address. No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be allowed.

· SnakeGorge Studio reserve the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address is not compliant to our licensed territories.

· SnakeGorge Studio collectibles are available on a full-payment pre-order basis . This means that the customer is required to pay the full price in advance.

· The images used in promotional materials and on the SnakeGorge Studio store are of the samples only. As SnakeGorge Studio' collectibles are not mass produced items, there may be small differences between the prototype and the final product. 

· Customers must be aware that SnakeGorge Studio will not accept refund requests based on differences between the promotional images and the final product. 

· Final release date of this product is subject to delays from the manufactor.

· Stocks are extremely limited and it is expected that multiple buyers are attempting to buy the same product at the same time (at check-out page). Hence, it is possible to encounter stock not available at the moment buyer clicks ‘purchase’ – this is not system bug. In rare cases where 2 customers have purchased at the exact same moment causing product to be oversold, SnakeGorge Studio will issue a full refund to affected customers.

· Price detailed does not include Tax calculations. SnakeGorge Studio does not charge any customs duty/tax for International shipments. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

· By proceeding with this order, you have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms. 

· Due to the high-value of the items, customers must inspect the packaging before signing for the goods.If there is any sign of serious damage, customers must refuse to sign for the package. All goods should be inspected immediately, and if any damage is found on the goods, it is the customers responsibility to take pictures or collect video evidence, as well as record the delivery information, such as tracking codes and goods of doubtful quality. All damages must be reported to SnakeGorge Studio immediately so the case can be resolved.
